: HS and normal skin samples were collected from patients at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital. Written informed consent was obtained from patients or their legal guardians in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and it was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine affiliated ninth people’s hospital (SH9H-2022-T143-2). None of the patients had received any treatment prior to surgery.
