Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The protocol and the informed consent document have been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of all participating centers (Table ). Study investigators will provide potential participants with verbal and written information prior to inclusion in the study. Informed consent will be provided from participants or their authorized representatives.

: Not applicable. Results will be presented at relevant national and international conferences as well as being published in peer-reviewed journals.
