Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This trial was reviewed and given a favourable ethical opinion by the North West - Greater Manchester West Research Ethics Committee (Ref 17/NW/0014). The trial will be performed in accordance with the recommendations guiding physicians in biomedical research involving human subjects, adopted by the 18th World Medical Association General Assembly, Helsinki, Finland, June 1964, amended at the 64th World Medical Association General Assembly, Fortaleza, Brazil, October 2013 []. The trial will be conducted in accordance with the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care, the applicable UK Statutory Instruments (which include the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Human Tissue Act 2008) and Guidelines for GCP. All participants will receive oral and written information about the trial and must give their written informed consent before enrolment. Participants are free to withdraw at any time.
