: Ethical approval for the entire project has been granted by the Ethics Committee of Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (DZMEC-KY-2017-81). Informed consent will be obtained from patients who will attend the semi-structured interviews and the cross-sectional study.
