Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the England - Cambridge South Research Ethics Committee (reference number 17/EE/0175, 30th May 2017). HRA approval was obtained on June 1, 2017. Participants are all provided with an information sheet that offers details about the trial and subsequent qualitative study, including its purpose, safeguards for their anonymity and use of data. Written informed consent is obtained for every study participant.
