: Prior to initiation, the study was approved by the Central Denmark Region Committee on Health Research Ethics (reference number 1-10-72-150-15) and reported to the Danish Data Protection Agency (reference number 1-16-02-385-15). Written informed consent is obtained from all participating patients before inclusion. The consent is obtained by the attending nurse, using an e-application which also performs the randomization. This means that the patient cannot be randomized before both the patient and the attending nurse have put their signature on the consent form. The consent and randomization data are automatically saved in an encrypted server database.
