: The exercises will be in a specialized hospital, where the exercise hall is equipped with emergency equipment. There will be a doctor on hand at all times and in case of any adverse effects or other unwanted events due to interventions or assessments, s/he will report to EAC.All participants will be asked to sign a written informed consent form. Any probable damage will be covered by the research team. The participants may leave the study at any time, and this decision will not affect or limit the reception of future medical care.The proposal of the study has been approved by the Organizational Committee of Ethics in Biomedical Research Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs under approval number 87-E-R-102.
