Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Consent from the clinical and research experts invited to participate in the Delphi procedure will be implied through completion of the surveys. We will seek ethics approval from each participating institution (McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada; University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA; Rijndam Rehabilitation and Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands; De Hoogstraat Rehabilitation Centre of Excellence, Utrecht, The Netherlands) for the feasibility study involving patients. Consent from the patients to participate in the feasibility study will be documented prior to the measurements; consent for the face-to-face stakeholder meeting will be documented prior to the AACPDM conference.
