: The Sutter and Kaiser IRBs approved the protocol for this study. As a condition of that approval, each participant is required to sign an informed consent form that has been approved and stamped by the Sutter IRB. Major protocol changes must be reported to and approved by both the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health and the Sutter and Kaiser IRBs. To ensure there are proper safeguards to maintain participant safety and the integrity of the data, a DSMB is monitoring the study.
