: The pilot trial was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee (METC) of the Radboud university medical center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, on 8 December 2016 (NL57780.091.16). The study will be conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (64th WMA General Assembly, Fortaleza, Brazil; October 2013) and in accordance with the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act.
