: The protocol has been approved by the research committee of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Research Center of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran. The protocol is in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All patients will provide written informed consent. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the Research Vice-Chancellor of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (IR.TBZMED.REC.1396.59). The present trial is registered with the Iranian Clinical Trial Registry (IRCT20161022030424N1). The participants’ personal information will be kept in a secure database.
