Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study received ethics approval from London–Camden and Kings Cross NHS REC and the Health Research Authority (HRA) in November 2018 (REC reference 18/LO/1956). The Principal Investigator will ensure that the study is carried out in accordance with the ethical principles in the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care, Second Edition, 2005 and its subsequent amendments as applicable and with other applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Each patient will be required to sign an informed consent form prior to study enrolment.
