Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the IRB at Kyoto University Hospital on 18 October 2017 (K037, protocol version 1.0, September 2017) and the National Hospital Organization Kyoto Medical Center on 22 November 2017. Any protocol modification will be approved by the IRBs before its implementation. This study will be conducted in compliance with the study protocol, the Helsinki declaration and the Ministerial Ordinance on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) for Drugs.
