Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The protocol of this study in its version 1.0 and the consent form have been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine (Application number 2018–1-273). The original protocol was written in May 2018 in its version 1.0, consequently submitted to the ethical committee June 12th; then, the same protocol was preliminary reviewed July 9th and finally approved without revisions required September 20th 2018. Any modifications of the mentioned protocol are subjected to evaluation by the Ethics Committee. Each participant in this study will provide written informed consent before participating; the principal investigator of the present study is responsible for obtaining and collecting the informed consent form from each participant.
