Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The UW Human Subjects Division approved the study protocol (STUDY0004422) on 8 May 2018. We will obtain informed consent from all participants we enroll in the trial. Any major protocol changes will be submitted to the UW Human Subjects Division for approval; approved changes will be documented and communicated to study investigators, the Sponsor (National Multiple Sclerosis Society), and any other relevant parties.
