: This trial is conducted in patients who are unable to consent, therefore the patient’s legal representative provides consent for the patient according to local regulations (next-of-kin, appointed representative). All patients who have recovered sufficiently will additionally be asked to re-consent.Approval for this protocol has been obtained from the leading ethic committee “Ethikkommission der Medizinischen Universität Innsbruck, Austria” (date of approval 31 May 2016; no. AN2016–0035 359/2.1).
