Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This study has been granted ethical approval by Ningxia Medical University Ethics Review Committee (2018–233). The study methodology has been registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR1900021342) on 16 February 2019 before starting recruitment. Researchers will introduce the specific intervention and their rights during the study to the included patients verbally and using an informed consent form. All participants will sign an informed consent before participating in the study.

: All participants recruited in the pilot trial have approved the research results and pictures for publication. Informed consent has been obtained from both the patient and the gynecology assistant in figure 4InternalRef removed to publish their image.
