Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All participants will provide informed consent before beginning the study. Written informed consent will be obtained if recruitment is done in person. Verbal consent will be obtained if recruitment is done via telephone. Both methods of informed consent for this minimal risk study have been approved by the Indiana University Institutional Review Board (IRB no. 1705649205) to accommodate participant convenience and choice. The study protocol will be conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and in compliance with the National Institutes of Health policy and data safety monitoring guidelines. All team members have been trained to introduce, show and take questions about the informed consent, assessment to be performed, and eventual discomforts associated with interventions before patients sign the informed consent.This protocol was registered in the ExternalRef removed under identifier number ExternalRef removed (3 October 2017) and the last update was performed on 25 October 2017 (ExternalRef removed).
