: This research protocol number HJW1604 and the informed consent forms were approved by the institutional review board (IRB) of Salus University. The clinical trial number is NCT02767856 (). The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act will be maintained during this study. Informed consent will be obtained from the participant’s parent or guardian (hereafter referred to as “parent”) by study investigators or coordinators; assent will also be obtained from participants 7–8 years of age.
