: As described in an earlier section, informed consent will be obtained from all study participants, both at their first visit to the Department of Psychology and the UKGM. The study was approved by the ethics committees at the Department of Psychology (approval reference 2018-4 K, Additional file ) and the Department of Medicine (approval reference Az. 162/18, Additional file ) at Philipps University, Marburg.
