Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The HARMONY Alliance is structured into eight WPs, of which WP 8 is responsible for ethical aspects of the project. Further information can be found at . In consultation with the WP 8, the development and conducting of the Delphi survey were performed, and ethics approval is not required. Recruitment of participants is carried out within the HARMONY Alliance. Patient recruitment is carried out by patient umbrella organizations, partners in HARMONY. Before registration, all study participants receive information about the study, and informed consent is obtained from all participants during registration.
