: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Ulm University on August 28, 2019 (application number: 259/19) and by local ethics committees (Landesärztekammer Bayern, Landesärztekammer des Saarlandes, Landesärztekammer Berlin, Landesärztekammer Sachsen, Landesärztekammer Nordrhein, Landesärztekammer Westfalen-Lippe). All of the participants will be asked to give written informed consent if they agree to participate in this study. The informed consent form describes the objective of the study and the study procedures for participants and explains what a randomised, controlled trial is. Moreover, details are given on pseudonymisation, voluntariness, risks, insurances, confidentiality, and study allowances in this study. Special attention is paid to data management, data storage, and data protection.
