Ethics approval and consent to participate
: According to UK Health Research Authority criteria, this project did not require ethical approval. The project was conducted under GlaxoSmithKline plc.’s Scientific Engagement Policy which enables the non-promotional interaction and exchange of scientific information between GlaxoSmithKline plc. and external communities to advance scientific and medical understanding and improve patient care. Patients, general practitioners and practice managers all provided consent via signed consultancy contracts and were reimbursed for their time at Fair Market Value.
