Ethics approval and consent to participate {24}
: Central ethics committee approval has been obtained from Ethics Committee of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University in Shanghai, China (ID: KY-2019299). The local ethics committee of other ten hospitals has approved the protocol, too. The trial was registered on(ID: ChiCTR1900023364) on May 24, 2019. The investigator will make safety and progress reports to the Ethics Committee monthly. Protocol amendment will be approved by the Ethics Committee prior to the implementation of amended protocol at the sub-centers. All investigators are trained to carry out the new protocol. There is no conflict of interests among the sub-centers. Informed consent will be obtained from all study participants.
