: The study has been approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (P-2019-129) and the Health Research Ethics Committee for the Capital Region of Denmark (H-19024440). The study will be carried out according to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. Furthermore, the study is registered at ExternalRef removed (NCT04103970).Any modifications to the protocol, which may impact the study or the patient’s health or safety, will be agreed upon by the steering committee and approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency and the Health Research Ethics Committee for the Capital Region of Denmark.Participation in the study is voluntary. All data and information collected during the trial will be treated confidentially and stored according to the requirements of the Danish Data Protection Agency and Good Clinical Practice.
