Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The trial has been approved on July 24, 2019, by the Western University Health Sciences Ethics Board Western Research Ethics Board (ethics # 113896), London ON, Canada. The parent of eligible parent-child dyads will provide consent electronically through REDCap. Assent will be obtained from all children aged 5 years and older over the phone by the research coordinator. Given the online delivery of the intervention, completing the consent or assent forms in person is not feasible.
