: The trial is being conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki III, and the protocol, the template informed consent forms, and participant information were approved by the Health Research Ethics Committee of The Capital Region of Denmark (H-19012472) before the inclusion of participants. All participants provide informed consent before enrolment. When participants sign the consent form, they agree that they have been adequately informed about the purpose, methods, advantages, and disadvantages of participation; they know that participation is voluntary; and they can withdraw from the trial without losing their current or future rights to receive treatment.
