: Ethics approvals were issued by the National Health Research Ethics Committee, Nigeria on 26 August 2020 (approval number: NHREC/01/01/2007-26/08/2020) and the University of Liverpool Health and Life Sciences Research Ethics Committee on 29 September 2020 (reference number: 8074). We certify that the study was approved by the ethics committees as described above.
