: Ethics approval for this study protocol has been obtained from the Ethics Committee of Guangdong provincial hospital of Chinese Medicine (No. BF2019-089-01/BF2019-089-02). Recruitment of other 6 centers has been approved by their ethics committee before proceeding. These are Chong Qing Traditional Medicine Hospital (No.2019(Ethics)-7); Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital (No. 2019-33); Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (No. 2019XE022); Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (No.BG-2019-027-02); Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University (No. 2019-P2-267-02); and No.2 Shenzhen People’s Hospital (No.2019-Y1-02PJ).
