: Ethics approval for this trial has been granted by the Institutional Review Boards of Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Approval No. DZMEC-KY-2019-33). This study was registered with Acupuncture-Moxibustion Clinical Trial Registry, AMCTR-IOR-19000308 (ChiCTR1900026830). The implementation follows the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (Version Edinburgh 2000). Any modifications can only be implemented after the approval of the ethics committee. The outcomes of the trial will be disseminated through peer-reviewed journals and presented at a relevant conference.
