: The PROSPER feasibility trial was reviewed and approved by the Bradford Leeds Research Ethics Committee, reference number 18/YH/0294. This piece of embedded evaluation was carried out following HRA guidance ExternalRef removed and as such did not require ethical approval. The researchers conducting home visits informed the individuals they were visiting about the timing exercise at the outset and gained verbal agreement for activities to be timed.
