This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Brazil, and the Municipal Health Secretariat of Belo Horizonte (under registration CAAE: 30673820.8.0000.5149). Any amendments will be reported to the Ethics Committee, to the trial registry, and in future trial publications. Participant data will be safely and confidentially archived along with all trial documentation in numerical order for a period of 10 years after completion of the study. The participants will be treated by codes.
