: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board of the Nepal Health Research Council (Approval number: 19/2019). All Female Community Health Volunteers in the intervention arm and respondents from the community will give written consent. Formal approval will be procured from local authorities. Written informed consent will be obtained from study participants and FCHVs before their enrolment by the trained data enumerators during the baseline survey. Study data will be kept confidential, and only the investigators of this research group will have access to the data.
