: The protocol has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine (approval number: JZFYKYLL20210301009). The trial will be strictly conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice standards. The patient informed consent form contains the process of the trial and the possible benefits and risks. There is no ancillary and posttrial care, and patients will receive free treatment if any intervention-related adverse effects occur. Details of the collection and use of participant data are described in the Informed Consent Form (Additional file ). No biological samples will be collected in this trial. The investigators will initiate the study with the patient after he or she has signed the informed consent form. If important modifications are made to the study protocol, we will submit it to the Ethics Committee for re-examination.
