: This study is approved by the ethics committee of research, Iran University of Medical Science (IR.IUMS.REC.1396.0459), and registered at IRCT (IRCT20121020011172N4). All participants provided written informed consent, which was obtained by the main researchers (NM, PGA). Participants will be informed that taking part is completely voluntary and that they are free to withdraw from the study at any time without having to give a reason. Withdrawal from this study can be done without consequence. Data other than mentioned (e.g., any biological specimens) will not be collected in the current study. Any adverse effect during the study will be recorded in detail. Patients enrolled in this study receive additional medical or rehabilitation measures to cover protocol-related injuries through the university hospital or rehabilitation clinics of Iran University of Medical Sciences.
: Results of this project will be published in peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences regardless of results. Unidentified participant-level data may be released publicly after 3 years of the completion and publication results from primary and secondary outcomes. Results from primary outcomes (1) and (2) (see the “” section) will be published first and could be in separate papers.Findings derived from this study will communicate with participants in a group meeting to provide a simplified knowledge about neural mechanisms underlying of food craving and eating behaviors.
