: Assessments and interventions in this study involve no major invasive procedure. Written informed consent for the participants will be obtained before the assessments. Participants not eligible for this study or not fit to give consent will be excluded. First degree relatives, if available, will be informed before intervention begins. As there may be mild discomfort associated with MRI scans due to loud noise and being in a tight space, participants will be explained about these before giving consent and undergoing the scanning. No contrast will be involved in the imaging study. All information will be kept confidential, and anonymous data will be used for analysis. The authors assert that all procedures contributing to this work will comply with the ethical standards of the relevant national and institutional committees on human experimentation and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2008. All procedures involving human subjects/patients have already been approved by the Joint Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the New Territories East Cluster of the Hospital Authority (reference number: 2019.054). The protocol has already been registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR), the International Clinical Trial Registration Platform of World Health Organization (WHO-ICTRP) China Primary Registry (reference number: ChiCTR1900024433).
