: The research protocol is approved by the research review board of Babol University of Medical Sciences (IR.MUBABOL.REC.1397.O59 human ethics committee of Babol University of Medical Sciences), and the study protocol is recorded in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trial (IRCT 20190318043086N1). The permissions were obtained from university authorities for attending at the female dormitory of Babol University of Medical Sciences to invite interested participants for this study. During recruitment, the researcher will introduce herself to the participants. After the research objectives, the confidentiality of data maintenance, and the freedom to withdraw from the study are introduced, the written informed consent form will be signed by the participants who are willing to participate in the study.
