: Ethical approval to conduct this study has been granted by the Hospital Universitario de Navarra Research Board (PI_2020/140). Written informed consent to participate in this study will be obtained from all participants. Consent includes options to give permission: (1) for blood samples to be stored for future studies, (2) to be contacted for future studies. The authors will provide a model consent form on request.The data from the EXER-COVID Crossover Study will be published in international peer-reviewed journals. All results will be reported according to the CONSORT guidelines []. Positive, negative, and inconclusive data will all be disseminated and published. All members of the EXER-COVID Crossover Study group will have access to the anonymised, cleaned data set upon completion of the final post-intervention testing after approval from the steering committee.
