: The PANORAMA study has been approved by the Capital Regions Research Ethics Committee (H-19050820) 18 October 2019 and the Danish Protection Agency (P-2020-75) 29 January 2020 and will be performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. In addition, the study has been prospectively registered in identifier NCT04471532 on July 15, 2020, before inclusion of the first participant. Participation in the study is voluntary. Written, informed consent to participate will be obtained from all participants. All data and information collected during the trial will be treated confidentially and stored according to the requirement of the Danish Protection Agency.Any modification to the protocol, which may impact the study or the patient’s health, will be approved by the Capital Regions Research Ethics Committee and the Danish Protection Agency.
