: The studies in the IBBIS project will be conducted in compliance with this protocol, the Helsinki Declaration in its latest form, good clinical practice guidelines, and national and EU legislation on data management. The trial poses no known adverse effects. Since IBBIS-II is not a biomedical trial and because the intervention is conducted in the municipalities, the protocol is not required to be reviewed by the Ethics Committee of the Capital Region of Denmark.
