: This study is approved by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Institutional Review Board. The potential participants will be provided with a written statement regarding the research (ICF + HIPAA) before the consent process. A waiver of consent documentation has been granted for adult participants (parents/caregivers). A full waiver of assent has been granted for children whose vaccine records are being reviews. Children will not have to sign an assent and/or verbally agree to be part of this study.
