: The study has been approved by the Regional Research Ethics Committee (RES) (project ID: S-20180058), and the study is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (protocol ID: NCT03838861). Further, the project has been reported to the National Data Protection Agency (NDPA) by local application to the Region of Southern Denmark (file no. 16/43209). A permission to conduct long-term follow-up of all patients in order to retrieve information on late relapses and perform a health economic evaluation 5 years postoperatively is applied for to the NDPA and to the RES.The project is carried out in accordance with the recommendations regarding individual needs assessment at cancer follow-up of the Danish Health Authority and of the Region of Southern Denmark.
