: All procedures are in accordance with the Helsinki II Declaration and Danish Law. The trial has been approved by the University of Copenhagen Research Ethics committee for Science and Health (ref. 504–0111/195000) The Ethical Committee of The Capital Region of Denmark decided (reg. no. H-19015507) that a general resilience intervention for all pregnant women was not a medical intervention and according to Danish legislation, the study does not need approval in the regional ethical committee system. All women in the study signed an informed consent at inclusion. GPs in the study collected written consent and consent forms were uploaded in REDCap []. Once consent forms were registered in REDCap, the woman was included and received the first questionnaire.
