: The FAST-NAWC trial was approved by the Research Ethics Board of St. Michael’s Hospital (Toronto, Canada). Informed and voluntary written or telephone (verbal) consent or facsimile/email consent (during the pandemic) will be obtained from all participating patients or their legally authorized representatives for participation in the FAST-NAWC trial.
