: Study procedures will be reviewed, approved, and overseen by the Oregon Health & Science University Institutional Review Board. Preliminary studies and ongoing research have been reviewed and approved (IRB000020412), and modifications for each phase of implementation will be submitted, reviewed, and approved before implementation. Potential participants will be provided written informed consent and informed that they can withdraw from the study at any time, for any reason. They will be informed that their enrollment will in no way affect their relationship with their union, consumer-employers, or with Oregon Health & Science University. The materials and study information sheet for the participant informed consent process are available from the lead investigator upon request. The study’s approved IRB documents include the original grant application’s data safety and monitoring plan, which includes procedures for the principal investigator’s monitoring and prompt reporting of any adverse events.
