: The trial received ethical approval from the medical ethics review committee of the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC, on 29.11.2021 with reference number 2021_182. This study compares management strategies already used in clinical care and therefore exemption from the requirement to insure cover for damage to research subjects through injury or death caused by the study is applicable.
