: This study will be performed in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration and Good Clinical Practice. The ECHO protocol version 1.0, informed consent forms, and all other relevant trial documents have been approved by the ethics committee of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University (Application Number KY 2020–094-02). The study is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov with the number NCT04573387.All participants will be informed about the purpose of the trial, the risks, and the potential benefits. If the participant is not mentally competent, a legal representative will be informed as well.
