: Study staff will ensure that study participants fully understand study procedures and consequences and not feel pressured or forced to give consent. Therefore, procedures as described in the Declaration of Helsinki [] and the Oviedo Bioethics Convention [] will be followed. Additionally, it will be ensured that all study procedures and processes are conducted according to Malawian and all applicable international laws.The trial protocol has been approved by the College of Medicine Research Ethics Committee (COMREC), approval number P.11/22/3877.
