: The study protocol (version 1.0) was reviewed by the Regional Ethics Committee of the Expert Responsibility Area of Tampere University Hospital, Finland, and the revised protocol (version 1.1) was approved in May 2022 (reference number: R22039L). Participants and their parents will receive written and oral information about the study, and written consent forms will be collected by the local study nurse or investigator prior to randomization and the first study LP procedure. The trial is registered on the ISRCTN website (ISRCTN16161453).
