: The study was granted approval by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai Changhai Hospital. Any deviation from the protocol will be thoroughly documented in both a report submitted by all relevant regulators and the protocol deviation log. The principal investigator (PI) will be responsible for determining if the protocol requires revision. Once the PI has made their decision, an updated protocol will be sent to all investigators. A copy of each revised protocol will also be added to the investigator's site documents.
